The Fund is an alternative investment fund within the meaning of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive ("AIFMD") and operates under the registration regime as set out in Article 2:66a of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht, "Wft"). The Manager is exempt from the obligation to obtain an AIFMD license pursuant to Article 2:65 of the Wft and is therefore not subject to supervision by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten, "AFM") or the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank, "DNB").
